LATE PROF. VEDANTAM KRISHNAN
Our beloved Professor Vedantam Krishnan, who was a guiding light and inspiration to everyone at New Shores, passed away in 2014. His teachings and values have become a part of New Shores and its culture. Below is a brief profile:
Professor Krishnan’s experience as a professional in the field of management spanned over 45 years. He was acknowledged as one of the best professors in India for Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Professor Krishnan was a visiting faculty member at IIM Bangalore, served as the CEO of BPL Pvt. Ltd., and was Chief of Human Resources at Mico Bosch India Pvt. Ltd. He was also a professor of Human Resources, and Academic Advisor to New Shores International College. His areas of influence were Leadership, International HRM, Negotiation Skills, Industrial Relations and Performance Management.
